For partners
A construction data engineering partner for your clients.
Your clients often need their systems to agree before your work can land: Procore, the accounting system, and the schedule in one report they trust. Build Flows does that piece, with a clear handoff line, so you can keep doing the work you are known for.
Who we work with
Build Flows brings construction data engineering, Procore, P6, and accounting integrations, Microsoft Fabric and Power BI reporting, and MCP servers with governed agents.
Construction CPA and advisory firms
- What you bring
- The advisory relationship, WIP reviews, and the judgment on what the numbers mean. You see every quarter how much time goes into rebuilding schedules from client spreadsheets.
- What Build Flows brings
- The data work underneath: connecting Procore, the accounting system, and the schedule so WIP, over/under billing, and cash reporting refresh from source records your team can review.
Procore implementation partners
- What you bring
- Setup, configuration, training, and admin. After go-live, clients ask how to report on what is now in Procore and how to tie it to accounting.
- What Build Flows brings
- API integrations, reporting across Procore and the ERP, and governed AI agent work on Procore data. We stay out of implementation and configuration.
Microsoft Fabric and Power BI firms
- What you bring
- The Microsoft data practice: platform setup, governance, and dashboards across industries.
- What Build Flows brings
- Construction domain depth: the data model behind WIP and over/under billing, Procore and P6 data, construction data quality rules, and MCP servers on top of the platform.
Primavera P6 and scheduling consultancies
- What you bring
- Scheduling expertise, schedule reviews, and the defensibility your clients rely on.
- What Build Flows brings
- Repeatable schedule data checks, P6 data joined to cost in Power BI, and the MCP and agent layer for P6, so you can answer client questions about AI without building it yourself.
Construction ERP consultants
- What you bring
- The ERP: implementation, support, and knowledge of how your clients run job cost and billing.
- What Build Flows brings
- Integration and reporting on top of the ERP you support, so Procore, the schedule, and accounting agree in one report.
Ways to work together
Examples, not fixed packages. The right shape depends on your practice and the client.
01
Referral
You introduce a client whose project stalls on data, reporting, or integration. We scope and deliver that piece, and you keep your role with the client.
02
Subcontracted build
We deliver a defined piece of work under your engagement, for example the Procore and ERP reporting layer or a P6 integration. You own the client relationship.
03
Co-delivered implementation
Each firm delivers its part of one project with a shared plan and a clear handoff line, such as your platform or ERP work plus our construction data model and integrations.
04
Co-hosted education
A webinar, clinic, or client session on a practical topic like cleaning up WIP data or what AI can safely do with schedule data. Teaching first, no sales pitch.
How we work together
- Scoping
- Every piece of work starts with discovery and a written scope: the reports or workflows, the systems, the business rules, and who does what. Fixed scope and price, agreed after discovery.
- Client relationship
- Agreed up front, per engagement. When you bring the client, the relationship stays yours. We don't pitch your services or sell around you.
- Confidentiality
- Client data and details stay inside the engagement, and confidentiality terms are written into each scope. We follow the client's access and security requirements.
- Attribution
- We don't name a client or partner in public material without their written approval. When work is co-delivered, public write-ups credit both firms only if everyone agrees.

Do you pay referral fees?
We don't lead with referral fees. Terms are discussed with each firm, and we respect the independence rules that can limit what CPA firms may accept for attest clients.
Will you compete with my firm?
We focus on construction data engineering: integrations, reporting, data quality, and governed AI agents. We don't do audit, tax, ERP implementation, Procore configuration, or schedule development. Where our work overlaps, we agree the handoff line before starting.
Can you work under our engagement or brand?
Yes, subcontracted delivery under your engagement is one of the shapes we offer. How the work is presented to the client is agreed in the scope.
Which systems do you work with?
Procore, Primavera P6, construction accounting systems, and Microsoft Fabric and Power BI, plus MCP servers and agent tooling. The work pages show what has been built and its current status.
What does a first conversation cover?
The clients you serve, where their projects stall after your part is done, how you refer today, and what you would need from us to feel comfortable referring. We agree one small next step, such as a co-hosted session or one referral to try.
Next step
Do your clients need their systems to agree?
Tell us about your practice, the clients you serve, and where their projects stall. We'll discuss whether there is a practical fit.
