Integration Sprint
One well-scoped connection between your construction systems, built to audit and to own.
Integrations usually fail at the join, not the API: projects, jobs and cost codes do not line up across systems, and fuzzy matching creates believable wrong numbers. Insert-and-update-only syncs leave deleted records behind, and expiring tokens break things quietly. Off-the-shelf connectors work when systems are close to default, but not when you need three systems in one model or an on-premises system behind a gateway.
Who it's for
- IT and construction technology teams with one integration that keeps getting pushed down the list
- Contractors whose Procore projects, accounting jobs and CRM deals never line up
- Teams that outgrew an off-the-shelf connector's field mapping or refresh cadence
- Companies that want an AI agent working against Procore or P6 under their own policy
What you get out of it
- One working integration, scoped to a single defined flow or data product
- A crosswalk that links records across systems and lists what it cannot match instead of guessing
- Validation that sends failed rows to a rejects table with a reason, and handles deletes
- Least-privilege credentials stored in a secret store, with an owner and reminder for token renewal
- Code, configuration and runbooks in your repository
What's included
Integration design
We choose the right pattern for the job, whether point-to-point sync, a warehouse or lakehouse, or an MCP server for AI agents, and document the data flow and source of truth for each field.
Connector build
Extraction or sync code that respects rate limits, pagination and versioned endpoints, with raw payloads kept so a logic fix is a re-run rather than a re-extract.
Crosswalk and exceptions list
A maintained mapping between project, job, deal or cost-code identifiers, plus a worklist that names unmatched records and where to fix them.
Data-quality checks
Reconciliation to the source within agreed tolerances, required-field checks and delete handling, so a run that finished is also a run that is right.
Auth and governance setup
Read-only scopes unless writes are genuinely needed, credentials in Azure Key Vault or your equivalent, and for agents, policy and audit enforced in one dispatch path.
Handoff
Repository, runbooks, monitoring notes and a walkthrough with whoever will own the integration.
How it runs
- 01
Free scoping call
We pick one integration, define what moves where and why, and agree a fixed scope and fixed price.
- 02
Access and design
Credentials, gateways and sandbox access are requested first, and the data flow and crosswalk rules are agreed.
- 03
Build
The connector, crosswalk and checks are built as code and tested against sandbox or read-only data.
- 04
Validate
We reconcile results against the source systems with your team and fix gaps before go-live.
- 05
Handoff
We deploy to your environment and hand over the repository, runbooks and credential renewal plan.
What we need from you
- Admin or developer access to the systems on both ends, ideally with a sandbox
- A technical point person and a business owner for the data being moved
- Your current mapping between systems, even if it lives in a spreadsheet
- A place to deploy and store secrets, such as an Azure subscription or Fabric workspace
Not included
- More than one integration per sprint; additional flows are scoped as separate sprints
- Licenses or API access fees for the connected systems
- Ongoing monitoring and support after handoff unless scoped separately

Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost?
Fixed scope, fixed price, agreed after a free scoping call. The price depends on the systems involved, the direction of the data flow and how messy the identifiers are.
How long does it take?
It depends on the systems and how quickly access is granted, so we scope the timeline in the call. Credentials and gateway access are often the critical path, so we request them first.
Which systems do you integrate?
We have built against Procore, Sage 100, QuickBooks Online, HubSpot, Primavera P6 (REST and XER files), Outbuild and SharePoint. Viewpoint, Autodesk, HCSS and other systems can be assessed in the scoping call.
Should we just buy a connector?
If both systems are mainstream and close to default, the flow is one object type in one direction and the vendor's mapping fits, buy it. A sprint makes sense when you need a governed crosswalk, auditability, an on-premises source or several systems joined.
Can the sprint be an MCP server for AI agents?
Yes. We build MCP servers with tool routing for large APIs, read-only access first, and policy, logging and approval enforced in a single dispatch path.
Who owns the code?
You do. Everything is delivered to your repository and deployed in your environment.
