Pick the systems you run and what slows you down. See which integrations connect them, what each one moves, and which three to build first. Runs in your browser; share the result with a link.

Flow detail

Nightly reporting model

What moves
Cost, commitments, change orders, billing and project data, matched across systems with a crosswalk and checked before anything publishes.
How often
Nightly, refreshed only when data-quality checks pass
What it saves
Assembling the monthly or WIP report by hand, and arguing about whose numbers are right.

Your first three builds

Ranked by the pains you picked and how much each flow unlocks for the next. A starting point for a conversation, not a quote.

  1. Build 1

    Nightly reporting model

Addresses: Slow month-end and WIP, No single view of job health

Start with: Pick the one report people wait for, map its sources, and rebuild it on a nightly pipeline.

    Procore data in Power BI
  2. Build 2

    Project management ↔ ERP sync

    Addresses: Slow month-end and WIP

Start with: Agree the system of record for each object and build the job and cost-code crosswalk.

    Procore and Vista integration
  3. Build 3

    Schedule next to cost

Addresses: No single view of job health

Start with: Match schedule projects to accounting jobs and add schedule health beside cost in one report.

Frequently asked questions

How are the flows chosen?

Each flow is a pattern we build regularly, such as project management to ERP sync, a nightly reporting model, or schedule data next to cost. A flow appears when you run systems on both ends. Recommended nodes (dashed) appear where a flow needs a destination you don't have yet. The ranking weights the pains you pick.

Is my selection sent anywhere?

No. The map runs in your browser. Your selection lives in the page address so you can share it. Nothing is sent unless you choose to send the map as a brief.

Does the plan include timelines or prices?

No. Scope depends on your data, access, and how each system is configured. The plan is a starting order for a conversation, not a quote.
