For Schedulers & project controls

AI and Automation for Construction Schedulers and Project Controls

Scheduling is still mostly craft: hundreds of pages of drawings and specs, a stack of client questions, and a scheduler's memory. We build tools that help schedulers move faster while every activity keeps its evidence, and that connect P6 to the rest of the project data without risking the live schedule.

Sound familiar?

  • Two schedulers given the same project produce two different schedules, and neither can easily show why an activity exists.
  • Reviewing hundreds of pages of drawings, specs and meeting notes before a baseline takes days.
  • Client questions about means and methods get lost in email instead of tracked against the schedule.
  • Questions like which open RFIs carry schedule impact span Procore and P6, so they get answered with two exports and a spreadsheet.
  • Generic AI tools cannot safely touch P6, and nothing separates a harmless read from a write to a live schedule.
  • Schedule quality checks on critical path, logic and calendars are done by hand on every update.

What changes

  • Schedules where each activity links back to the drawing, spec or answer that justifies it.
  • Baseline, RFI/RFP or new-build CPM drafts generated from a normalized project information sheet, then exported as XER.
  • Offline XER analysis of critical path, schedule quality, resources, WBS, relationships, calendars and earned value.
  • Agent access to P6 through a governed surface with mutation previews, approvals and audit logs.
  • RFIs and schedule activities reported together in one refreshing Power BI report.
  • Weekly or monthly client updates drafted from the current schedule and project documents.

What we build for you

Agentic CPM scheduling with Connect

Connect brings project files, client questions and specialized agents into one workspace built on the Syncify CPM engine. Agents build an information sheet from drawings and specs, track means-and-methods questions with the client, and draft health-scored, versioned schedules you review before anything goes out.

Primavera P6 MCP server

Our P6 MCP server turns 585 REST operations into 24 governed tools for discovery, planning, validation, mutation preview and approval. Every call passes through a gateway with rate limits, policy checks and audit logging, so agents can help without free rein over your schedule.

XER analysis without a live connection

Thirteen offline tools analyze an exported XER for critical path, schedule quality, resources, relationships and calendars. It is a low-risk way to put AI on your schedules before connecting anything to P6 itself.

Schedule and project data in one report

We join P6 schedule data from an XER file with Procore RFIs in Power BI, using an Azure Functions sync into Cosmos DB that runs on a timer. Cross-system questions get answered in one place instead of with two exports, and the same pattern extends to submittals and other Procore data.

Frequently asked questions

Will AI replace our schedulers?

No. The tools we build draft and check, and the scheduler decides. Connect is designed so every activity carries its evidence and schedules are reviewed in the viewer before they reach the client.

Can an agent change our live P6 schedule?

Only if you allow it. Our P6 MCP server separates reads from writes, previews mutations and routes changes through approval tools, with every request logged. Many teams start with the offline XER tools and no live connection at all.

Do you support XER files?

Yes. Connect exports schedules as XER, the P6 MCP server includes 13 offline XER analysis tools, and our Procore and P6 Power BI report loads schedule data from an XER file.

We schedule in P6 but manage projects in Procore. Can those connect?

Yes. We have built a report that syncs Procore RFIs through Azure and joins them with P6 schedule data in Power BI, so questions that span both systems get one answer.
