Data and automation maturity assessment
Where does your company really stand on integration, reporting, data quality, automation, AI, and governance? Answer 18 concrete questions and get a stage, your three biggest gaps, and a 90-day plan you can take to your next leadership meeting.
18 questions. About five minutes.
Each answer describes something you can observe in your company today, not a 1-to-5 rating. Pick the one closest to how things actually work, not how they are supposed to work. You get a stage, a picture of where you are strong and weak, and a 90-day plan you can print for your leadership team.

Frequently asked questions
How is the stage calculated?
Each answer scores 0 to 3. A dimension's score is its average as a share of the maximum, and the overall score is the average of the six dimensions. Every 20 points is a stage. The overall stage is capped one stage above your weakest dimension, because a gap in, say, data ownership undermines whatever is built on top of it.
Does it compare us with other contractors?
No. There is no benchmark data behind it, so it doesn't pretend to rank you. It is a structured way to describe where you are today and decide what to fix first.
Where are my answers stored?
Only in the page link, as a short code after ?a=. Nothing is sent to a server. Analytics record that the assessment was started and finished, the stage, and which dimensions were the biggest gaps, never anything that identifies you.
Who should fill it in?
Ideally the CFO or controller, an operations leader, and whoever owns IT, separately. Comparing three sets of answers usually tells you more than any single score.
