Build Flows

Privacy Policy

Last updated October 9, 2026

This policy explains how Build Flows (Buildflows.ai, based in New York, “we”) handles information when you visit www.buildflows.ai or contact us. Questions or requests: charley@buildflows.ai.

What we collect

  • Inquiries. When you send the contact form we receive your name, email, company, the need you select, your description, and any optional current systems or timing you add, plus the page you submitted from, the referring page, and whether you opted in to occasional updates.
  • Email. If you email us directly, we receive the contents of that email.
  • Usage analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are visited and which actions are taken (for example, clicking a booking link or completing a tool). This uses cookies or similar identifiers and records information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device, and browser. We do not send your name, email, inquiry text, or calculator amounts to analytics.
  • Technical logs. Our hosting provider processes standard request data such as IP address and browser information to deliver and secure the site.

Please do not send credentials, private financial records, or client documents through the form.

How we use it

  • To respond to your inquiry and discuss a possible engagement.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the website, including preventing spam and abuse.
  • To send occasional guides and updates, only if you opted in. You can opt out at any time by replying to any message or emailing us.

We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

  • Vercel: website hosting and delivery.
  • Resend: delivery of inquiry notifications and your acknowledgement email.
  • Google Analytics: website usage analytics.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile: spam protection on the contact form, when enabled.
  • Calendly: if you choose to book a call, you use Calendly's site under its own privacy policy.
  • YouTube: videos load only when you press play, using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, under Google's privacy policy.

These providers process information on our behalf or under their own terms and may store it in the United States or other countries.

On your device

The contact form saves an unsent draft in your browser's session storage so it isn't lost if sending fails. It stays on your device and is cleared after a successful send or when you close the browser tab. The free tools run in your browser and do not send your inputs to us.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond, maintain a business relationship, and meet record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your information and we will do so unless we need to keep it for a legitimate business or legal reason.

Your choices and requests

You can ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent to updates, by emailing charley@buildflows.ai. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above.
