Terms of Use

Last updated October 9, 2026

These terms cover your use of www.buildflows.ai, operated by Build Flows (Buildflows.ai, based in New York). By using the site you agree to them. Contact: charley@buildflows.ai.

Site content

Articles, walkthroughs, tools, and templates are provided for general information. They are not accounting, legal, or financial advice; your finance team and advisers own your accounting policies. Examples describe specific builds at the version and date shown and may not reflect your systems or results. Calculator outputs are planning estimates based on your inputs, not promised savings.

Free resources

You may use and adapt the free templates and checklists for your own business. Please don't resell them as standalone products.

Open-source projects

Public repositories linked from this site are governed by the license in each repository. A public component may need configuration, security review, and additional testing before use in your environment.

Services

Any engagement with Build Flows is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, acceptance, intellectual property, confidentiality, and support. Nothing on this site creates a service commitment, response-time commitment, or warranty on its own.

Third-party names and links

Product names such as Procore, Sage, QuickBooks, HubSpot, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Primavera P6 belong to their owners and are used to describe compatibility and examples. Their use does not imply endorsement or partnership. Links to other sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site, including attempting to disrupt it, submitting spam or malicious content, or sending credentials or confidential records through the contact form.

Disclaimer and liability

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Build Flows is not liable for losses arising from your use of the site or its free resources.
