The process we set out to improve
The recurring report required information from several systems and inputs supplied by the team. The build organized those sources around agreed report definitions and a repeatable refresh process.
What the walkthrough shows
The reporting pages, how source information reaches them, and how refresh status and data gaps are made visible. The technical breakdown explains the model and checks in more detail.
Scope
Two Power BI reports (a monthly progress report and a project quality plan), with a nightly pipeline and a data-quality gate before publication.
Results
The example demonstrates the reporting workflow and its engineering. Quantified business outcomes will be added when an approved baseline and measurement are available.
