Build Flows

For construction software vendors and partners

Connectors into Vista, Spectrum, CMiC and Procore for your product

Every deal asks whether you integrate with the customer's ERP, and each one is different: Vista writes run asynchronously, CMiC caps responses at 1,000 records and is retiring Basic auth, Procore's API surface is huge. Building them all pulls your team off the core product.

  • Trimble Spectrum
  • CMiC
  • Procore
  • Trimble App Xchange
  • MCP

Sound familiar?

  • Customers ask to connect your product to their ERP and you have no connector on the platforms they use.
  • Construction semantics get lost: cost codes, commitments, retainage and WIP mapped wrong produce numbers customers will not trust.
  • AI features need governed tools over real project records, and customers' IT teams will ask what an agent can touch.

What we'd build first

  1. 1

A connector for the ERP your next deal needs

Authentication, data objects, change tracking, actions and tests, ready for an iPaaS such as App Xchange or as a direct integration your engineers own.

    Custom connector development
  2. 2

An MCP server over the same systems

A small set of governed tools for Vista, Spectrum or ProjectSight, authenticated as the signed-in user, with writes behind approval and every call logged.

    MCP servers for ERPs
  3. 3

Field mapping and onboarding your implementers can reuse

A mapping workbook and crosswalk for jobs, cost codes and vendors, so each customer rollout starts from a spec instead of a blank page.

Charley Forey

Who you'd work with

At Viewpoint, Nearmap, and Trimble, Charley connected ERPs (Viewpoint Vista and Spectrum most of all), schedules, cost systems, and field tools for contractors and owners across the country. Most recently, as an Integrations Engineer on Trimble App Xchange, he built connectors and MCP servers for Vista, ProjectSight, Accubid, PowerFab, and Trimble Connect. The information was almost always there. What teams lacked was a reliable path from that data to a report or action they could trust.
