Beyond construction
Data, automation and AI builds for teams beyond construction
Construction is our specialty and most of our work. The skills behind it, connecting systems, automating handoffs, building governed AI tools and shipping custom applications, are not specific to construction. We take on work for other professional services and operations-heavy teams case by case, when the problem fits what we have built before.
The challenges we hear
Sales prep and follow-up are copied by hand
Leads arrive as business cards, form fills and emails. Someone re-keys them into the CRM, researches the account before each call and writes the follow-up from scratch.
Systems hold the same customer in different shapes
The CRM, support desk, accounting and project tools each keep their own version of a customer or engagement. Reporting across them means exports, lookups and manual matching.
Support and service requests lose detail on the way in
Cases are logged with missing fields or the wrong picklist values, then bounced back for clarification before anyone can work them.
AI pilots stall at the point of real data access
A chat assistant is easy to demo but hard to trust once it needs to read the CRM, a map service or live external data. Access, permissions and logging are left as an afterthought.
A core workflow does not fit any off-the-shelf tool
The team runs a process the standard software was not built for, so it lives in spreadsheets, shared inboxes and the memory of one or two people.
What we build for you
Reporting on one shared model
Data from several business systems landed in Microsoft Fabric and reported in Power BI, with data-quality checks before numbers are published.
Sales and operations automation
Zapier, Power Automate or n8n workflows that capture leads into the CRM, prepare meetings, check calendars and draft follow-ups, with a human approval step before anything goes to a customer.
System-to-system integrations
Connections between CRM, accounting, support and operational systems through their APIs, so a record is entered once and matched everywhere else.
Governed AI agents and MCP servers
MCP servers that give agents scoped access to systems such as Salesforce, ArcGIS, weather forecasts and web search, with input validation and tool calls logged through a governed runtime.
Custom applications and portals
Focused applications built around a workflow that off-the-shelf software does not cover, with roles, access control and version history.
Document intake and extraction
OCR and extraction for PDFs, images and invoices, with the extracted fields checked before they reach a downstream system.
Use cases
- Built and shown
AI sales automation: lead capture, research, follow-ups and proposals
Agents handle the research, scheduling and first drafts around each sales step, a person approves anything customer-facing, and the CRM stays up to date.
- Built and shown
MCP servers for Procore, Primavera P6 and other construction systems
An MCP server exposes a construction system's API as tools an AI agent can call, with scoped permissions and a log of every call.
- We design and build this
Invoice and document OCR extraction into Procore and accounting
OCR reads incoming invoices and documents, extracts the fields you need, validates them against your systems and sends anything uncertain to a person.
- Built and shown
Client and owner portal for project updates and reports
Owners and clients get one secure place to read updates, answer questions and confirm requests, with every response stored on the project.
- Built and shown
AI assistant for project drawings, specs and documents
Ask questions of a project's drawings, specs and meeting notes and get answers that cite the file and passage they came from.
- We design and build this
ERP migration data mapping without losing history
A versioned map from old ERP to new, reconciled before cutover, so job history, cost codes, and vendors carry over and reports read across both.

Frequently asked questions
Do you only work with construction companies?
Construction is our specialty and where most of our production work is. We also take on work for professional services and operations-heavy teams when the problem fits skills we have already shipped, such as CRM automation, MCP servers or a custom application. We decide case by case after a short conversation.
What kind of work outside construction is a good fit?
Work that connects systems through their APIs, automates a repeatable handoff, gives AI agents governed access to business data, or needs a focused custom application. Our public examples include a Zapier and HubSpot sales automation and open source MCP servers for Salesforce, ArcGIS, weather and web search.
Which automation platform do you use?
Whichever fits the systems and the team that will own it. We have built with Zapier, Power Automate and n8n, and write custom code when a platform cannot do the job cleanly.
How is a project outside construction priced?
The same way as any other project. We run a short discovery, then work to a fixed scope and price, agreed after discovery. If the work is not a good fit, we say so early.
Will AI send emails or change records without anyone checking?
Not by default. Customer-facing messages land as drafts for a person to approve, as in our Zapier sales walkthrough. Agent tools start with read-only access unless a write action is explicitly scoped and logged.

Which report or workflow would you like to improve?
Tell us what your team does today, which systems are involved, and what you want to change. We'll discuss whether there is a practical fit.
