Procore + QuickBooks + HubSpot
Connect project operations, accounting, and CRM data in Microsoft Fabric for one view of financial performance.
Built for: Operations and finance teams connecting project, accounting, and CRM data.
Technical overview
One connected view of the business
Project operations, accounting, and the sales pipeline each tell part of the story. This walkthrough brings Procore, QuickBooks Online, and HubSpot together with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
The accompanying Data Link project uses a layered data pipeline: raw source payloads, typed and validated records, and a shared reporting model. Data-quality checks sit between transformation and reporting.
Inside the project
The public repository describes project financial performance, work in progress, estimates at completion, backlog, pipeline, cash forecasting, receivables, and capacity reporting. Its published status is an end-to-end build on live sandbox data.
Watch the video for the dashboard walkthrough, then explore the repository for architecture, transformation, reporting, and deployment code.
